Strata CRM Pricing (2026): Focus vs Flow vs Reach for Auto Detailers
Strata's pricing is unusual because the core product is not split across feature tiers. Focus, Flow and Reach all include the main booking, deposits, texting, CRM, invoicing and automation stack; the biggest differences are people, client capacity and texting setup.
Fast answer: Focus is the logical first look for a solo detailer. Flow is the meaningful jump for a team because it adds unlimited logins, roles and job assignment. Reach is mainly for shops that want Strata to provision and register a dedicated local texting number.

- branded email automation,
- quotes, invoices and tipping,
- Autopilot money-move workflows,
- client and vehicle CRM,
- vehicle intake and records,
- inventory and job cost,
- business intelligence dashboards,
- QuickBooks Online and Google Calendar sync, and
- iPhone and Android apps.
Focus: Best First Look for a Solo Detailer
Focus publishes one login and up to 2,000 clients. The full product stack remains available, including booking, deposits, texting, CRM, quotes, invoices and the mobile apps.
For an owner-operator who does every job and does not need separate staff logins, Focus is the natural plan to test first. The client ceiling is high enough that many solo detailing businesses would not hit it quickly.
Flow: The Team Plan
Flow increases the published standard price to $89/month and adds unlimited team logins, up to 20,000 clients, plus roles, permissions and job assignment.
This is the meaningful operational upgrade for a shop where multiple technicians, front-desk staff or managers need their own access. Because Strata does not charge a published per-user fee on Flow, the economics can become more attractive as headcount grows.
Reach: When You Want Strata to Own the Texting Setup
Reach is $179/month. It includes everything in Flow, removes the client limit and adds a dedicated local number that Strata provisions and registers with the carrier.
Strata says two-way texting is already available on every plan using its registered texting line. Reach is for businesses that want a local number of their own without handling Twilio setup or carrier paperwork.
Strata also says a shop that already runs its own Twilio number can connect that number instead, with Twilio billing its own carrier fees separately.
Founder Pricing: Treat It as a Promotion, Not the Baseline
The live pricing page currently advertises Focus at $29/month and Flow at $59/month while spots last. It says the promotional rate is applied automatically and locked in for as long as the account stays active.
That is attractive, but it is also explicitly limited. For long-term comparisons against QuoteIQ, Urable, OrbisX or other CRMs, use the standard $39 / $89 / $179 prices unless the founder offer is still live at checkout.
Migration & Client Limits
Strata publishes a self-serve CSV import workflow for customers, vehicles and history from other software. It specifically references migration from tools such as OrbisX, Urable and QuickBooks.
The vendor says imports do not count differently from manually entered records. If a shop reaches its client limit, existing clients, vehicles, photos and invoices remain usable; Strata asks the shop to upgrade before adding the next client manually. Public booking requests are not turned away solely because the limit was reached.
Trial, Cancellation & Price Lock
Strata publishes a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. Every feature is turned on during the trial.
The pricing page also says plans are cancel anytime with no contract, and that the rate you sign up at is locked for the life of the account.
For a detailer, a good 30-day test should include a real booking with deposit, a quote-to-invoice flow, a cancellation or reschedule, an automated reminder, a review request, one vehicle-intake record and — for teams — separate staff logins and job assignment.

Compare Strata Against Other CRM Price Ladders
Strata keeps the core product stack on every published plan, while competing CRMs often gate specific workflows by tier. Compare the actual plan required for your team instead of only the lowest advertised price.
