ServiceLink Review (2026) for Mobile Detailers

ServiceLink is a booking-first platform built around a shareable customer booking page, service pricing, availability, appointments, deposits, quotes, customer records and payments. The key decision is whether its low-cost booking workflow is enough for your operation or whether you need a broader detailing CRM.

Quick verdict: ServiceLink is most interesting for a solo or small mobile detailing business that wants a simple public booking link without paying for a large operations suite. The $0 plan is useful for testing the booking experience, but the published 5-lifetime-booking limit means an active business will quickly need Pro. Pro is where deposits, unlimited bookings, SMS notifications, in-app payments and quote requests are currently listed.

ServiceLink pricing: Free vs Pro

ServiceLink currently publishes two plans. Free is $0 and Pro is $20/month. The pricing page also advertises a yearly option with two months free. The important detail is not just the headline price but the feature gates.

Free — $0

  • 5 lifetime online bookings.
  • Shareable booking page and online scheduling.
  • Services, availability calendar and dashboard.
  • Client CRM and visit history.
  • Email confirmations for the business and clients.
  • Up to 4 gallery photos.

ServiceLink's pricing page currently says no credit card is required for Free.

Pro — $20/month

  • Unlimited public-page bookings.
  • SMS notifications for clients.
  • Deposits before booking.
  • Card payments and Tap to Pay on iPhone.
  • Quote requests from the booking link.
  • Multiple prices per service.
  • Marketplace listing, verified badge and larger gallery allowance.

How the booking workflow fits a mobile detailer

The product is built around one shareable booking link. A detailer publishes services and prices, controls availability, and sends customers to the page from places such as Instagram, Google Business Profile or text messages. ServiceLink's current product and resource pages say customers can select a service and time from that link without creating an account.

That is a useful fit for businesses still handling most bookings through DMs. It turns the front end of the process into a menu and calendar instead of a message thread. ServiceLink also publishes support for multiple prices per service on Pro, which can help when a detailer prices by vehicle size.

Deposits, payments and no-show control

Deposits are currently a Pro feature. That matters because a booking page without a deposit can still leave the operator carrying the risk of a no-show. ServiceLink also lists in-app card payments and Tap to Pay on iPhone on Pro.

ServiceLink's current terms state that customer payments are processed through Stripe on the business's connected Stripe account. The $20 Pro subscription therefore should not be treated as the total cost of accepting payments. Verify Stripe processing fees, refund handling and any other transaction costs for your account before deciding.

Customer CRM, quotes and day-to-day operations

Both published plans list a client CRM and visit history. Pro adds quote requests from the booking link, and ServiceLink's product page describes appointment, quote, customer and sales management from its mobile workflow. For a small operator, that can cover the core path from lead to booked job without requiring a much larger CRM.

The trade-off is scope. ServiceLink is centered on booking and lightweight operations. DetailerFit has not verified deep vehicle-inspection workflows, complex inventory, production management, wrap estimating, multi-location dispatch or advanced marketing automation. If those are central to the business, compare broader platforms before migrating.

What to verify before switching

  • Booking volume: Free allows only 5 lifetime online bookings, so test it as a trial path rather than assuming it can run an active shop indefinitely.
  • SMS: the current pricing table lists SMS notifications on Pro, not Free.
  • Payment costs: confirm Stripe processing charges and refund handling.
  • Migration: verify how existing customers, service history and future appointments can be imported or exported.
  • Vehicle-specific workflow: test how well your sedan/SUV/truck pricing, add-ons and condition surcharges map to the service setup.
  • Devices: Tap to Pay is specifically advertised for iPhone; verify the workflow you need on every device your team uses.

Who should consider ServiceLink?

  • Solo mobile detailers moving from Instagram DMs or texts to a public booking link.
  • Small detailing businesses that want booking, deposits and customer records without a high monthly software bill.
  • Operators who want customers to choose services and times themselves.
  • Businesses that can live with a booking-first platform rather than a deep automotive operations suite.

Who may need something broader?

If you need dispatch-heavy field service, compare ServiceM8 and the broader options in our booking and scheduling guide. If vehicle records, inspections, estimating or multi-step shop operations are central, use the Software Finder or best auto detailing software guide before committing.
