Solo has a 100-booking monthly limit. Advanced team, analytics and marketing features move up the plan ladder, and iOS app status should be re-checked if native iPhone access is essential.

Booking and scheduling

Online booking is central to AutoHustl's product. The platform provides a branded booking page where customers can choose services, add-ons and available time slots. AutoHustl also publishes a booking widget for businesses that already have a website.

For a mobile or studio detailer, the practical value is reducing appointment back-and-forth. Availability rules, package duration and add-ons live inside the same system as the client record and invoice workflow.

Client CRM and vehicle history

AutoHustl explicitly targets detailing businesses rather than generic home-service companies. Its CRM stores client records alongside vehicle history, notes and visit context. That is more relevant to detailing than a contact-only CRM because repeat work is often tied to a specific vehicle, prior service and condition history.

The public product pages also highlight client/service insights. We have not hands-on tested how deep those analytics or search tools go, so this review does not infer workflow speed or data quality beyond the published features.

Invoices, deposits, quotes and expenses

AutoHustl uses Stripe for invoicing and payment collection. Current documentation says businesses can collect deposits during online booking, send invoices, build quotes and log operating expenses. Accepted quotes can move into the booking workflow.

That makes the platform more than a scheduler: it connects the customer-facing booking step with payment collection and basic financial visibility. Before migrating, confirm Stripe processing fees and how your existing customer/payment history imports.

Reminders, follow-ups and review requests

AutoHustl publishes automated SMS and email confirmations, reminders and follow-up tools. For a detailing business, the main operational case is fewer manual reminder messages and a more consistent post-service retention workflow.

Professional is the more important tier to inspect if automation is one of the reasons you are moving systems. Do not choose a plan from headline pricing alone; map the exact reminder and follow-up sequence you want first.

Vehicle inspection reports

Inspection reports are one of the more detailing-specific features. AutoHustl's current product material describes vehicle-condition reports with photo evidence and damage documentation. This can matter for pre-service records, customer expectations and dispute protection.

We have not hands-on tested the photo upload, timestamping or PDF workflow, so confirm those details in the trial if inspections are a major purchase reason.

Google Calendar, landing pages and marketing tools

AutoHustl's pricing and feature pages list Google Calendar sync on higher tiers. The product also advertises a business landing-page builder, booking-page customization and, on Business, additional analytics and marketing tools.

These features can reduce the number of separate tools a small detailer needs, but they should be evaluated as part of the total workflow rather than assumed to replace a dedicated website, analytics stack or marketing platform.

Mobile access: Android is clear, iOS should be verified

AutoHustl's homepage and changelog clearly confirm an Android app, including full dashboard access and push notifications. The same current sources say iOS is coming soon, while another current features page uses broader language that mentions Android and iOS.

DetailerFit therefore treats Android as verified and iOS status as source-inconsistent. If a native iPhone app is essential to your team, confirm the current App Store availability directly with AutoHustl before switching.

Importing from another platform

AutoHustl's June 2026 changelog says users can import services and clients from CSV files, including exports from other systems or spreadsheets. It also describes column mapping and duplicate protection for client imports.

That reduces one obvious migration barrier, but it does not prove every historical object can migrate. Shops with years of invoices, inspection photos, memberships or complex customer history should verify exactly what can be imported and what remains manual.

AutoHustl pros

  • Detailing-native positioning: booking, vehicles, inspections and service packages are closer to the real workflow than a generic CRM.
  • Low entry price: $39/month is accessible relative to many larger all-in-one platforms.
  • Booking-to-payment workflow: booking, deposits, invoices and client records live in one system.
  • Vehicle-condition documentation: inspection reports are relevant to real detailing risk.
  • Android app: current official sources clearly confirm native Android availability.
  • CSV migration tools: client and service imports can reduce setup friction.

AutoHustl trade-offs

  • Solo booking cap: the entry plan is limited to 100 bookings per month.
  • Higher-tier feature gates: advanced customization, automation, staff and analytics features require more expensive plans.
  • iOS status is inconsistent across official pages: verify current native iPhone availability before relying on it.
  • Not positioned as advanced routing/dispatch software: larger multi-crew field operations may need to compare broader platforms.
  • Hands-on depth not claimed: we have not tested migration quality, mobile reliability, Stripe reconciliation or support response time.

DetailerFit verdict

AutoHustl is a credible shortlist option for solo and small detailing businesses that want a purpose-built booking, CRM and payment workflow at a relatively low starting price. Its strongest case is that the product is designed around detailing-specific tasks — vehicles, packages, deposits, inspections and repeat clients — instead of forcing those workflows into a generic contact database.

The main reason to compare alternatives is scale. A larger field team may need deeper dispatch, routing, job costing or workforce controls. iPhone-dependent operators should also verify the current iOS status before switching.

AutoHustl's affiliate relationship with DetailerFit does not insert it into existing ranked comparisons. This standalone review is published separately so the product can be evaluated without changing prior rankings for commercial reasons.
