Business Doctor privacy notice
This notice applies to the free Business Doctor pilot operated by DetailerFit. It supplements the site privacy policy.
What you choose to send
The form prepares an email in your browser. It does not submit your website, scan it, save the form to browser storage or load analytics. If you send the email, we receive your sender address, public business URL, chosen business type and review focus, request reference, consent text and ordinary email metadata. Do not send passwords, customer records, payment information or private documents.
Purpose and access
We use the request to confirm availability, research publicly visible pages, prepare a diagnosis and reply about that diagnosis. Research and drafting may use ChatGPT Work. Gmail holds correspondence; our existing internal work tools may hold a request reference, status, source links and report. Access is limited to the DetailerFit operator and the services used for this work. These providers may process information in other countries under their own terms. We do not send your contact details to software vendors or subscribe you to marketing.
Consent and choice
Both request checkboxes start unchecked. Sending the prepared request records the consent wording and its version. You may withdraw the request or ask us to correct or delete its personal information by emailing hello.detailerfit@gmail.com from the requesting address. A request can be declined if capacity is unavailable or the site cannot be reviewed safely.
Retention
Our pilot retention target is 90 days after the request is closed for correspondence and identifiable report material. Deletion is reviewed manually; provider backup retention may differ. We may keep aggregate counts and non-identifying research notes. Partner transaction records, when applicable, are handled separately for revenue accounting.
Reports and links
Individual reports are provided privately, not published as customer case studies without separate permission. Some report links lead to our generic software-options page. That page offers a separate, optional analytics choice; declining it does not affect the review. Affiliate links are marked before you click. Vendors and affiliate platforms may use their own referral cookies after a click under their own privacy policies. Your request reference, email and website are not placed in analytics or affiliate URLs.
Technical data
Hosting and email providers may process network and delivery information such as IP addresses and timestamps. This is separate from optional product analytics. Business Doctor does not use session replay. Contact: hello.detailerfit@gmail.com. Consent version: doctor-consent-v1-20261101.
